Interview Coaching

At LIR Consulting we help you unlock the skills to conduct a “Proactive Interview” and thereby represent the unique added value which you can bring to the organisation in a positive, relevant and professional manner.

Typically, we offer 3 coaching sessions culminating in a mock interview at session 3. You will have access to sample questions, virtual mocks and should you require additional support to overcome extra interview nerves, we have additional resources available for you also.

We provide interview coaching services to clients’ located around the globe, as well as around Ireland, so your location is not a barrier to working with us. We provide coaching via Zoom, FaceTime or Skype, where a face to face meeting is not feasible, at a time to suit your personal needs.
