Our role is to help you navigate the factors that are within your control and unlock the skills to tell your career story and the added value which you can bring to the role in a strategic, proactive and positive manner.
Typically this requires 2 or 3 coaching sessions depending on the role you are applying to, and culminates in a mock interview at the final session. You will have access to sample questions and virtual mocks to support your own practice.
Sometimes interview nerves can become our biggest barrier and a particular area of interest to us at LIR. We can support you with evidence-based interventions to better manage these nerves and make them work for you.
We provide interview coaching services to clients’ located around the globe, so your location is not a barrier to working with us. We provide coaching primarily via Zoom or MS Teams which allows you to record your session and provides an invaluable post session resource supporting your preparation.
